All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx and are insured to protect your merchandise.

Due to the high price point of our product, if an item is lost in transit the customer will receive a credit to the original value of the item. This can only be actioned once CRISTINA MAY is satisfied by the results of the search.

All prices shown on the product pages of CRISTINAMAYFINEJEWELRY.com, or quoted by customer service, are in U.S. Dollars. CRISTINA MAY reserve the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

CRISTINAMAYFINEJEWELRY.com may cancel orders and process refunds due to any pricing errors.

In the event of a return or exchange, domestic taxes, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of CRISTINA MAY FINE JEWELRY.

Returns/Exchanges

No refunds on any purchase. Items purchased CRISTINAMAYFINEJEWELRY.com may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. All exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on CRISTINAMAYFINEJEWELRY.com Items approved for exchange must be received as unused with all Cristina May Fine Jewelry tags and labels still attached, alongside original packaging and sales invoice.

Any item purchased at a discounted or SALE price is a final sale and cannot be returned.

Engraved or embossed, special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Cristina May’s discretion.

Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.

Gift card purchases cannot be refunded

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.

Cristina May reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.
